1. Pre-requisites: Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of IT.

4. We provide all the course material, study material, sample exams, procedure to take the exam and steps to register for the exam. 
5. You get 5 sets of Live Exam Questions to practice and all our students have confirmed that the questions were exactly similar to sample exam sets provided. 
6. If you are a PMP, you get 20 PDUs for attending this course.
7. Attend 1 day course and take one hour exam at Prometric center any day after the course.
8.  ITIL exam is for one hour, 40 questions and you need to score 26 to pass. 
9. Practice our sample tests and take the final on-line exam within Two weeks after the course.
   Exam fee - to pay prometric center $150. 
10. We provide you the code required to register for the exam.
